At Blink Security, our management team works directly with our clients to create a customized security program that meets their specific requirements. We evaluate our clients’ needs and discuss proposed solutions with them to ensure that we fully understand their security concerns. Once we have a clear understanding of their requirements, our team matches the job requirements with the skills of our guards.
Prior to deployment, we ensure that all necessary pre-deployment details are sorted out, which may include:
- Site assessments and risk analysis
- Determine necessary number of security posts and positions required for adequate coverage and protection
- Selection and training of guards
- Identification of security vulnerabilities
- Determine the necessary security equipment
- Coordination with local authorities
- Establishment of communication protocols with clients and emergency services
Recruitment and selection policy:
- Develop a well-thought-out policy for recruitment and selection of personnel.
- Strictly adhere to the above policy.
- Verify personnel before enrollment.
- Conduct a three-day induction/orientation training.
- Provide on-the-job training and motivational training.
- Provide frequent informal counseling to employees at all levels.
- Conduct quarterly/six-monthly training of at least three days, covering areas such as drill (with/without arms), physical training, weapons training/firing practice, civil/police procedures, security duties of various places, defense against terrorists/dacoits, emergency action, first aid/firefighting techniques, handling of security equipment, and protection on the move.
- Monitor personnel through day/night checking.
- Implement a relief and rotation policy.
- Continuously improve the system based on feedback from clients.
To ensure that the guards are a valuable asset to the organizations they are deployed with, Blink Security provides the following specialized training to its guards:
- Punjab Fire Guard Certification
- CPR Training
- First Aid Training
- Response and Evacuation Methods
- A minimum of 40 hours of karate/martial arts training
In addition, we offer the following services:
- Access to management 24/7
- Access to Blink Security’s data bank to obtain the complete bio-data of guards deployed at your premises
- Fully decorated and impressive uniforms for our guards
- Immediate replacement of guards if the client is not satisfied
- 24-hour supervision system through our field supervisors and random spot checks of posts being guarded
- Clients have the choice of weapon (from a variety held by the company) to best suit their security requirements
